The FOUR STEP PROCESS is not so simple. EHR Solutions Inc. knows every step. We will make sure all the required information is uploaded under your account. You will tell the government where to send your checks.

The EHR Incentive program requires you to purchase an Electronic Health Record that has been certified by the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC). The funds are a “bonus award” and are taxable. Once you have purchased the ONC Certified EHR you can choose to spend the funds any way you wish. The funds are taxable. As you move into years 2 through 6 you will continue to receive funding long as you meet the requirements.

Once this program is exhausted all providers who did not enroll will be required to get on board with EHRs.  However, providers who waited will have to pay out-of-pocket.
